Over the past 7 years I've learnt first hand how time spent in the wilds can repair a frazzled body and mind. I've studied the science behind how and why our ancestral DNA still recognises nature as the place to heal and detox our nervous system from high-cortisol, attention fatigue and burnout.

And I've designed simple micro-dosing techniques for those stuck in the city to add a little more nature connection to their lives in bite-sized, science based 'non-fluffy' practices.
